I have recently listened to my heart's lament,
Inspecting it critically because it's so content.
Like the feel of warm sunshine upon my face,
Creating memories only God can erase.
Each night we talk and share our day,
My heart longs to be with you in every way.
I'm afraid of what I do not know,
But baby, I DO know I love you so.
Our relationship is bizarre, that much is true,
We're not alone now; you have me ... and I have you!
